Arcare, Australia’s largest privately owned aged care provider, has been developing a range of facilities across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT for almost three decades and now has 52 facilities operational.

Contour’s partnership with Arcare has seen several aged care facilities approved and developed across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, with Arcare Balnarring being a fine example of the site responsive approach taken for each project. 

The Balnarring site required a highly sensitive built form design and siting to ensure the existing native vegetation that is a feature of the land was protected and the architecture responded to the character of the Balnarring area and surrounding properties.
